Flat & Pitched Roofs:
We also offer Flat & Pitched roofs on all our conversions. Flat Roofs are are usually finished with either felt or fibreglass while Pitched Roofs are finished with many materials such as tile, slate, thatch, although the most common and cost effective is tile.
Fascia Boards:
The fascia boards are available in a number of effects such as plastic, wood, metallic and so on. They are normally made from plastics as this stops rotting as well as rusting, plastic surfaces are also very easy to keep clean.
Outside Finishes:
As with all sides, we do our best to keep the finish as close to the original colouring of the house as possible. We use hanging tiles, as well as PVC panels which again eases cleaning and prevents rotting, preserving the life of your exterior.
Stairways:
The stairways we install in your home during a loft conversion is manufactured by LMN Joinery in Aberdare. We use this company because they produce high quality stairways at very competitive prices. All the stairways are custom built to fit your own home - there are very little alterations that are made once the stairways arrive at your home.
